Agent Black Box handles enquiries submitted through this website. Contact [email protected] about your enquiry or your information.
What we collect and why
We collect your work email, company and description of the action you want more control over. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess potential fit and discuss a relevant future pilot. We also save a submission time and reference. Please do not submit passwords, customer data or confidential information.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to voluntary business enquiries and assessing interest in a product in development. We do not add you to a newsletter or sell your enquiry details. Providing information is voluntary; the required fields let us understand and respond to your request. You can also contact us directly by email.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare hosts this website, protects the forms against spam, stores enquiries and sends internal notification emails. Google Workspace handles enquiry correspondence. The enquiry database is configured for the EU. Providers may process other information internationally; we do not claim that all processing stays in the EU. Their contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements are described in Cloudflare's data processing terms and Google Workspace's data processing terms.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and request information for security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The forms do not use advertising trackers. Submitted details are not displayed publicly or sent to the product demonstration.
How long we keep enquiries
We review enquiries six months after the last meaningful contact and delete them when there is no continuing conversation or other documented reason to keep them. This is a manual review, including email copies. Provider backups may retain deleted information for their normal backup period. If you become a client, separate service terms and retention requirements may apply.
Your choices and rights
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to our use of your information. You may also have rights to restriction and portability where applicable. You can raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission or your relevant supervisory authority.
